Revised Kite Course Racing Rules published

The revised course racing rule book has been published on the IKA website and will be available from the official ISAF website from January 2. The new rulebook contains the rule changes made for the upcoming printed version of the 2013 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing that have been approved during the November ISAF annual conference.
