SEATTLE, August 27th, 2013: On August 24th and 25th the firth stop on the KB4girls GLOBAL 2013 tour took kite mecca Cabarete by storm. An intimate gathering of 20 female kiteboarders from all around the world, the event turned out a great success and fun time for everyone involved.
Guided and coached by KB4girls founder and 9x World Champion Kristin Boese as well as pro-coaches Chelu Guardati and Nadine Merks the girls embarked on a weekend full of kiting and coaching in front of the famous LEK (Laurel Eastman Kiteboarding) center. All the participants showed their full commitment to face new challenges and learn new skills, impressing their coaches with newly learned jumps, backrolls, frontrolls and more.
On top of all the fun on the water the girls enjoyed beach games and stretching, a pool and cocktail party powered by Millenium Resort and Spa Cabarete and Grey Goose Vodka as well as a “White Dress” party at Emerald Beach Club.
A very special thanks goes to KB4girls Cabarete Chapter ambassadors Laurel Eastman and Audrey Meyer for making this event possible and for doing such a fabulous job with running the Chapter and Chapter Events throughout the season.
