How will coming to this event benefit these young riders?

Competition is not only about being a good rider, but also being able to perform in all types of conditions and in a set format.  The junior world championships will teach riders how to compete on the PKRA format. The PKRA competition format is designed by the best riders in the world like Youri, Gisela, Aaron and many more to decide who is the best rider in the world.

Many pro riders will be on hand to teach young riders how to execute the most technical moves and had to be a successful pro rider.  Pro riders do this for a living and will be here to teaches athletes the importance of physical preparation, photo shoots and professionalism.

The staff of the PKRA that will be shooting, filming, promoting and judging the competition will also be on hand to educate competitors. The judges will go through video analysis of the heats and going over heat results with the riders explaining to them why they won or lost.

All this information will be available to all registered riders regardless of results. Whether you are first or last, this will be a great learning experience for everyone.

With the five age groups we can have up to 120 riders without having to run trials.

However, if we do run trials and you do not qualify for the main event, you will still have access to all the clinics, demos and activities that will be taking place during the week.
