Sroka and Bridge lead course racing in Portimao

Portimao AlgarveBruno Sroka (FRA, Cabrinha) and Steph Bridge (GBR, North) have taken the lead in the course racing grand slam in Portimao, Portugal. Three races were completed in light wind conditions around 10-15 knots.

35 riders from all over the world enjoyed the first day of the event in nice and warm conditions.

KPWT Super Grand Slam in Germany comes to an end

KPWTThe first event of the 2009 Kiteboard Pro World Tour came to an end yesterday, and with five out of six days with enough wind for competition it was a big success.

A double elimination in Freestyle was completed, as well as a single elimination in Wave Masters, plus nine course races. Only the Kiteloop competition could not be completed.

Bruno Sroka at SyltAnother day of course racing action in Westerland/Sylt, Germany. Three races in the morning with winds around 12 knots, and three races in the afternoon with slightly higher windspeeds around 15 knots saw Bruno Sroka (FRA, Cabrinha) and Kristin Boese (GER, Best) on top in the end.
