Ozone News:Narapichit Pudla - KTA Thailand 1st Place Course Racing 2nd Place Freestyle

Written by Ozone on . Posted in Industry News

Hi everyone,

I have not many words to say about how I feel to be the winner and to remain on the podium. I feel happy and motivation for my life. I won again the KTA Thailand, Pranburi 13-17 March 2013 with 1st in Course Race and 2nd in Freestyle.

Course Race
We completed 13 races in total during four days of competition, and I took 1st place in them all, far ahead from second finishers. I was in the best position starting and tactic marks to the upwind buoy and downwind buoy, following the plan in my head making easy riding with my best wing OZONE EDGE 2013 and new Race Control System, with stable P1 board and the best speed control by Ristafins, upwind and downwind planing all the way to the finishing line. When you use the right gear you can feel confident in your race and helps you win, this is my key!!

Freestyle
Not many people believe me I will do freestyle after being tired from the racing with my race kite OZONE EDGE 2013, but I did. In my head I just want to kite and release my hard core energy from the dark side and do what I can do in my heat. I just fly like I have done before with my tricks 313, Slim chance, Back mobe 5, BJ 3, KGB, Front mobe, 315, Slim 5.

I had super power in my hands, no slack in power zone but that is what I like to feel in the air when my head is spinning and I am upside down. I went to the final with Hiro my young little bro from Japan and he did good. He had more clean landings but with a higher kite, and the judges gave him the win. So I got second in mens freestyle KTA Thailand 2013.

Thank you sponsors: GAC, OZONE, QUIKSILVER THAILAND, P1, BALANCE, CAMONE.

Not for long to take a break then continue with KTA Philippine, Boracay 26-30 March 2013. Will keep updating soon.

Cheers
Narapichit Pudla
