I just came back from another Madeira Island Trip. And this time I got the best conditions ever. I am still trying to understand if that was in real life
I was dreaming about these conditions on waves since I was 14 years old, when I started to kite there.
But I found out that there is more surfable spots with a kite than I first thought about. Just need to expend more time there.
Because of the big cliffs next to the water you need have the right direction of wind to be able to have a good session. I launched the kite and landed in places, that for some people that would be crazy. But I feel so comfortable with the Catalyst stability that I could be on gusty and rocky place with no hands on the bar putting my surfboard leash and nothing happens. But never forget about your safety first. Make sure you have a good safety system in your bar. And always have your A and B plans in case of troubles
