Ozone News:Patrick Blanc - Cape Town Sessions on the C4

Written by Ozone on . Posted in Industry News

The C4 2014 has been my personal choice for this year. From the moment I initially rode it, it gave me a nice feeling on my freestyle sessions. There is a noticeable difference between last years kite and this one.

While watching footage of myself I also noticed I had more power to do an extra grab or turn in my tricks, I was landing 3 or 4m further enabling me to add an extra turn or an extra grab.

I am training in Cape Town at the moment. Strong wind conditions are always guaranteed here. So preparing for next season in these strong wind conditions with smaller kite sizes (7 and 6m) I really noticed how effective the de-power is, therefore effectively enabling me to do my tricks with comfort even in these strong conditions.

It’s also a good kite for freeride and kiteloops. So switching the kite on the freeride setting it’s a much faster kite adding even more depower and easier control.

When I kite loop on the C4 I fly a lot further and higher but I still feel safe because the kite goes fast to the Zenith, enabling a super smooth landing.

I recommend that you book a C4 for a ride/demo asap from your closest shop and test it for yourself, I’m sure you will enjoy it!
