KTE News:On Sylt we were welcomed with sunshine

Written by KTE on . Posted in News

The Kitesurf Cup Sylt hosts the second leg of the MINI Kitesurf Tour Europe 2013.

Four weeks ago the MINI Kitesurf Tour Europe kicked off in France at the Almanarre Kite Master.

Now we are here on the beautiful German island Sylt. The Kitesurf Cup Sylt started off on Tuesday with great sunshine and a lot of spectators. Local Partners already had the chance to introduce their products.

A few Riders already used the light seabreeze for a small training session and gave interviews afterwards.

German Course Racers, Florian Gruber and Jannis Maus mixed some nice Surfer Cocktails during Happy Hour. All in all the first day was a brilliant start, espacially with the Chupa Chups Kite Show and a SUP Contest, sponsored by the "Spielbank Sylt".

The first Skippersmeeting will kick off the KTE at 9 am tomorrow morning.

Follow the action the Internet and Facebook.

Alltogether 80 Riders from 11 nations are looking forward to showing what they've got in Freestyle and Course Racing to show the crowds the excitement and the spirit of the sport.
